Returns

█ Refunds will only be issued by the method they paid with. If an order was paid with a check, we'll mail you a check. If you paid by credit card, the refund will posted to the account used. In the event a credit card is closed, the Accounting Deprtment is to issue a refund within 180 days of the transaction date. We would then mail a check for the refund.

█ First Scrubs does not conduct returns on wholesale orders.
█ Products returned to First Scrubs must be in resealable condition.
█ All items returned outside the defined Terms and Conditions will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
█ Products missing or have damaged packaging will be charged a $3.00 package fee.
█ Refunds are done at the descretion of First Scrubs. First Scrubs will perform no shipping charges backs.
█ Customers attempting to return outside of the 15 day policy will be reshipped their original product and recharged ground shipping fee.
